Ordering
Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. If you are interested in a wholesale or bulk order, please email us at support@reggiesachcosmetics.com and we will follow up with details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@reggiesachcosmetics.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once that window has passed, we are unable to make changes since your order will already be in production or ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long does processing take before my order ships?
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. During peak periods, processing may take 7 to 10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Priority shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Products
Are ReggieSach Cosmetics products vegan?
Not all of them. All of our lip balms and lip scrubs, including the Bare versions, contain beeswax. Our Honey Bar Soap and Bare Honey Bar Soap contain honey. Please check the ingredient list on each product page.
How long do your products last?
Because our products are handmade in small batches without synthetic preservatives, shelf life varies by product. Our bar soaps last the longest, up to about 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Lip balms and lip scrubs last about 12 months. Our facial oil, body oil, and scalp and hair oil last 6 to 12 months, helped along by the Vitamin E and Rosemary Oleoresin Extract we add specifically to keep them fresh longer. If a product ever changes in smell, color, or texture, we recommend discontinuing use.
Why do my products look slightly different from batch to batch?
All ReggieSach Cosmetics products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, scent, and weight may occur between batches. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly at support@reggiesachcosmetics.com and we will do our best to make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reggiesachcosmetics.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
