Final Sale

All purchases are final sale. Items marked as Final Sale, including our Imperfect products and Bundles and Deals, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reggiesachcosmetics.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.

Handcrafted Variance Notice

ReggieSach Cosmetics products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, scent, and weight may occur between batches. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
